These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the College Food Network website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by College Food Network ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. Partners must be enrolled at, or affiliated with, an accredited college or university. Brands must be a legally registered business.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Opportunities and Applications
Brands post opportunities and are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Partners apply to opportunities and are responsible for delivering the work agreed to. College Food Network is a marketplace and is not a party to any agreement between brands and partners beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Brands fund opportunities in advance; partner payouts are released after work is verified. Platform and processing fees are disclosed at checkout. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting false information, harassing other users, circumventing our fees, or violating any applicable law.
6. Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, College Food Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
